AI Processing

NotifyMeWhen uses artificial intelligence to evaluate your alert conditions. When you create an alert, we use AI models to interpret your natural language description, fetch relevant web content, and determine whether your specified condition has been met. Your alert descriptions and the web content we fetch are processed by our AI systems but are not used to train AI models. We retain evaluation results only for the purpose of delivering notifications and showing you evaluation history.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Authentication is handled through Apple Sign-In, and we never store your Apple ID password. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Alert evaluation history is retained for 30 days. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
