By accessing or using NotifyMeWhen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Description of Service
NotifyMeWhen is a mobile application that allows users to create natural language alert conditions that are automatically evaluated against web content. When a condition is met, users receive push notifications with evidence. The service uses artificial intelligence to interpret and evaluate user-defined conditions.
User Accounts
You must create an account using Apple Sign-In to use NotifyMeWhen. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
Subscription & Billing
NotifyMeWhen offers a free 3-day trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use NotifyMeWhen for any unlawful purpose, to monitor content you do not have permission to access, to create alerts that could harm others or violate their privacy, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or service restrictions, to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service, or to use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation.
Service Limitations
NotifyMeWhen monitors publicly accessible web content. We cannot guarantee that all websites will be compatible with our monitoring system. Evaluation accuracy depends on the clarity of your alert description and the structure of the target website. Check frequency may vary based on your subscription plan and system load. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NotifyMeWhen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered evaluations. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotifyMeWhen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
