How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > NotifyMeWhen > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Make sure notifications are enabled for NotifyMeWhen in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > NotifyMeWhen). Also check that your alert is active and the check schedule hasn't been paused. If issues persist, try signing out and back in.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, including alerts and evaluation history, within 30 days. Your subscription will also be cancelled.
